We want you to love every product you purchase from us. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to make your experience smooth and hassle-free through our Refund and Return Policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return or refund request.
1. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (including tags, dust covers, and accessories if any).
- You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email.
Note: Do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer. Always contact us first through the official channel mentioned on our website.
2. Non-Returnable Items
While we strive to accommodate all requests, certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customized nature.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards or e-gift vouchers
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or customized bags made to order
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during clearance/special promotions
- Health and personal care items
- Perishable or hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
3. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In some circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted. Examples include:
- Products showing signs of use or wear and tear
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by us
- Any item returned after 30 days from delivery
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, it will go through a quality inspection to ensure it meets our return conditions.
You will then receive an email confirmation regarding the status of your refund — approval or rejection.
If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment or credit card.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
If the refund is rejected, we will notify you with the reason and may return the item back to you.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected time, here’s what to do:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — sometimes posting delays occur.
- Contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before refunds are credited.

6. Sale or Discounted Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted products cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
7. Exchange Policy
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during delivery or manufacturing.
To request an exchange:
- Send an email to muffibags@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
- Mention your order number, item details, and attach clear photographs of the defect/damage.
Once approved, you may send your item to our provided return address.
If you need to exchange for the same product, we will send you a replacement as soon as your returned item is received and verified.
8. Gifts and Gift Returns
- If your item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be processed to the original buyer’s account.
9. Shipping Your Return
To return your product, please ship it to the address provided by our customer support team after your request is approved.
Important Notes:
- You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For valuable or high-priced items, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without valid tracking proof.
10. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
In rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Order ID and product details
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Unboxing video (if available for verification)
Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
11. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Once your order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
